2007 Utah quater, error?

1 Attachment(s)
Just got this coin today, it appears to be struck off-center, and has a serrated edge that I've never seen before? Can this be an error? anyone know if this has been documented before? thanks for looking.

Don't have TomD's skills, best scan I can get

Interesting. Soon this will be worth 20 cents.

Nah, just 5.4 cents according to coinflation.

Hey, Goldrad:

Your coin is not offcenter. The entire design is complete, atleast on the reserse you have given. I do not remember the term, but I think it is either "broad struck" or a "partial collar struck." Perhaps RossL or another numismatist will know the exact term.

It is fairly common, although on eBay someone might give you 5FRNs for it. Keep it, as it is an error coin.
